Tunnel illumination,we should settle down the problem thant when the driver come into thetunnel,
there is "black hole"effect,it means vefore the sriver come into thetunnel,their dyes are suuit for the surroundings luminance at 7000-8000cd/m2,and the driver need some time to adapt the lumiance inside the tunnel, so the luminance in the tunnel will cut down.

We take the tunnel in 4 area
1.entrance,luminace now least 10% from outside
2.adapting:lminance will reduce to 800-50cd/m2
3.transiting:luminance is in 50-15cd/m2
